Send the flight report. Your logbook does the rest.
Truehours picks up your flights from the flight report or roster you already get, and adds up your totals for you. When something is missing, it tells you instead of guessing.

From flight report to logbook in seconds
No typing after a long day. Send what you already have and confirm with one tap.
- 1
Send your flight report
Forward the email from your airline, or share the file from your crew app straight to Truehours from your phone.
- 2
Check and approve
Truehours shows the new flights and anything that is missing. Nothing is saved until you have seen it.
- 3
Your totals are up to date
Hours, landings and night time are added up, and you can see exactly where every number comes from.
Made by a pilot who was tired of paper logbooks and confusing apps
Pilots say the same things: you forget to log flights, your totals might be an hour or two off, and the apps are either too expensive or too complicated. Truehours is built around three things.
Never miss a flight
Send the flight report after each flight and it is in your logbook. No report? Logging a flight takes under a minute, even on your phone.
Totals without guesswork
Unknown is not zero. If a value is missing, Truehours shows it clearly, so you know exactly what your totals are based on.
Your data is yours
Export your whole logbook at any time, as a PDF or a file. Taking your data with you never costs a thing.

To be honest: Truehours is in development, and imports are being built one airline at a time together with our test pilots. Test pilots keep it alongside their current logbook until we have shown that the totals match. We have asked the Danish Civil Aviation Authority about the requirements for electronic logbooks, and we will not promise more than we have confirmed.

Questions
What does Truehours cost?
It is free during the test period. The final price is not set yet, but it will be in line with or below the logbooks pilots use today.
Will import work with my airline?
We are building imports together with our test pilots, one format at a time. Tell us your airline and what you get after a flight when you sign up, so we know which flight reports to support first.
Can I use it instead of my current logbook?
Not yet. During the test period you keep Truehours alongside your current logbook. It is also the best way to see whether the totals match.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored with a provider in the EU. You can always export everything and ask us to delete it.
Who is behind it?
A Danish airline pilot who has been there himself, with a logbook and a calculator after a long day.
